I have a passion for working with dental professionals providing additional education to help with effectiveness and efficiency using the latest technology in dentistry.  I started instructing entry-level dental assistants in communication skills along with the hands on tactile skills necessary to become a valuable team member.  I have expanded this instruction to working with the dental assistants to educate them in the Infection Control (OSHA) and Radiology portions of the Registration Course required by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and how to become Registered Dental Assistants.  It is my privilege to assist these dental assistants to further their education to become exceptional assets to their doctors.  Along with Debra Church, I also provide the Nitrous Oxide for both Dental Assistants and Hygienists.  I am currently working to provide additional continuing education courses that will be both interesting and beneficial to meet the required 6 hours of CE credits for RDAs, and the 12 required hours for CDAs, Hygienists and Doctors.  It is my continued goal to be able to provide information that when utilized will ensure optimal patient care along with a rewarding career experience for those I am able to work closely.
