I offer customized in-office dental team coaching and practice management consulting to local dental offices.  Helping dentists find their vision and then create a structure in which to realize this vision is my first passion.  I enjoy working with small groups facilitating personal development in self-management and self-leadership.   Through personal growth and development of the team players, improvement in patient care is quickly realized and  the practice is enhanced overall. 

One of my current personal missions is to help dental assistants understand the changes in the law regarding their profession and navigate their way through the State Board regulated testing and registration process.  Along with my associate, Kayce Hollingsworth, I currently deliver the Texas State Board Dental Assistant Registration course and exam, co-sponsored by Baylor College of Dentistry, once per month.  We also offer the Nitrous Oxide Monitoring for Dental Auxiliaries course and exam along with Continuing Ed courses to help Registered Dental Assistants and Registered Dental Hygienists meet their annual registration renewal requirement.

Practice Management Consultant and Dental Team Coach with more than 25 years of management experience in the dental office.  A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Debra serves the dental community in various ways from practice start up to practice transition.  As owner of DC Consulting, Inc. she offers customized in-office consulting and training with a particular focus on helping clients fully utilize their existing technology, software and personnel.   She's a Registered Dental Assistant and lectures at Baylor College of Dentistry.  She also holds a Certificate of Completion from The MentorCoach Training Program.  Debra may be contacted at info@dentalteambuilding.com.
