Our personal mission is to help dental assistants understand the changes in the law regarding their profession and navigate their way through the State Board regulated testing and registration process. We currently deliver the Texas State Board required Dental Assistant Registration course and exam, co-sponsored by Baylor College of Dentistry, once per month. We also offer the Nitrous Oxide Monitoring for Dental Auxiliaries course and exam along with CE courses for both Registered Dental Assistants and Registered Dental Hygienists to meet their CE credit needs for annual license renewal.
Kayce Hollingsworth, C.D.A., R.D.A.
Kayce is the Territory Manager in Texas for Septodont, USA Pain Control Division. She has worked with dental offices as a Clinical and Practice Management Consultant and has over 20 years of clinical and practical experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. She is both a D.A.N.B. Certified Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Assistant with the state of Texas. She attended Armstrong State University School of Nursing and the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry Dental Assisting Certification Dental Assisting Certification program. She has previously served as an instructor preparing students for entry-level assisting positions in Dallas and surrounding areas. She currently lectures and delivers hands-on workshops for Dental Assistants through Baylor College of Dentistry. Debra Church, B.S.B.A., R.D.A.
Debra is a Practice Management Consultant with 25 years of management experience in the dental office. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and serves the dental community in various ways from practice start up to practice transition. As owner of DC Consulting, Inc. she offers customized in-office consulting and training with a particular focus on helping clients fully utilize their existing technology, software and personnel. She's a Registered Dental Assistant and lectures at Baylor College of Dentistry. She also holds a Certificate of Completion from The MentorCoach Training Program.
